Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by HappyNest Brentwood Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

HappyNest Brentwood Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and restoration services for residential and commercial properties in Brentwood, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, and decorative concrete work.

Estimates and Quotes

All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, site conditions discovered during work, or changes requested by you. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your agreement.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated completion dates for all projects. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to complete your project as quickly as possible.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after work has begun may result in charges for materials purchased and work completed up to that point.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement and vary based on the type of work performed. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or natural disasters.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. We will take precautions to protect your property during work, but you should remove or protect valuable items near the work area. Our team follows all safety regulations and expects cooperation in maintaining a safe work environment.

Liability

HappyNest Brentwood Concrete maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our work. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or underground utilities not marked by the appropriate authorities. You are responsible for ensuring all necessary permits are obtained unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
